• How long have you been doing makeup?
I have been involved in makeup, filmmaking and acting since I was a little kid. I have been dressing up and doing makeup on myself, and others on my favorite holiday, Halloween.
I was very active with the Drama Club of my high school. During that period, I shot a short 8mm movie in my film studies class.
This type of subject matter would later become know as a "music video" I had set the movie to the song "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds"
Also many of my maternal relatives in Pittsburgh have also been involved in the business of entertainment.
• Why do you like to work on movies?
I like being attached to projects that have a good story to tell. Being a part of a team that is working towards the bigger picture/silver screen makes the project become larger than the actual work itself, this is one of the rewards for me.
• Do you conduct instructional makeup classes?
No, right now, at this point in my career, I do not have the time to teach. However, I am currently working on writing a curriculum for the day when I may teach or publish.
